Terms of Use & Service Disclaimer
These terms apply to the use of Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com. By using the website, you acknowledge that the site provides educational information and a local service-enquiry pathway and is not necessarily the company that performs the requested work.
Service Enquiry Website
Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com may receive service enquiries and connect them with independent local providers. A provider that contacts you is responsible for identifying itself and confirming its service area, qualifications, insurance, licensing where required, pricing, scope of work, scheduling, payment terms, and any warranty or workmanship terms.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a provider will be available, accept the project, offer a particular price, or perform the work.
No Automatic Contractor Relationship
Using this website or submitting a quote request does not by itself create a contractor-customer relationship with Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com or with any provider. A service relationship begins only when you and the actual provider separately agree to the work and its terms.
Verify the Provider
Before authorizing work, you should verify information relevant to your project, which may include:
- Business identity
- Service-area coverage
- Written scope of work
- Total price and possible additional charges
- Insurance
- Licensing for regulated work
- Certifications or memberships the provider claims
- Payment and cancellation terms
- Warranty or workmanship terms
Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com does not guarantee that every statement made by an independent provider is accurate or current.
Educational Content Is General Information
Articles, service pages, pricing references, timelines, checklists, and other website content are general information. They are not a substitute for inspecting a specific property or system.
Prices, service times, methods, availability, regulations, and recommended scopes can vary. Third-party pricing figures are planning references rather than guaranteed provider prices.
No Medical Advice
Information about mold, dust, indoor air quality, allergies, asthma, or other health-related topics is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional for medical concerns.
HVAC Repair and Mold Work
Air duct cleaning, mechanical HVAC repair, and mold assessment or remediation can involve different scopes and legal requirements. If a project changes from cleaning into regulated HVAC or mold work, verify that the provider has the qualifications and licenses required for that work.
Safety Information
Do not climb onto roofs, enter unsafe attics or crawlspaces, dismantle HVAC equipment, move gas appliances unsafely, or perform work beyond your ability simply because a website guide describes an inspection point. Use appropriately qualified professionals where the task requires specialized access or expertise.
External Links
The website may link to government agencies, industry organizations, service providers, and other third-party resources. External links are provided for reference. Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, products, services, or policies.
Website Availability and Accuracy
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep website information useful and current, but no guarantee is made that every page is complete, error-free, continuously available, or current at every moment. Service areas, provider availability, pricing references, regulations, and external sources can change.
Limitation of Website Role
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Air-Duct-Cleaning-Dallas.com is not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, pricing, scheduling, statements, property damage, injuries, disputes, or contractual obligations of an independent service provider. Any claim concerning the provider's work should be addressed with the provider responsible for that work.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the website to submit fraudulent enquiries, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, distribute malicious software, scrape personal information unlawfully, or otherwise misuse the site.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website or its service-enquiry model changes. The version displayed on this page is the current website version once published.
